Tara Kelley-Baker
Group Leader, Data & Information Group
Dr. Tara Kelley-Baker was named data and information group leader in April 2017. During her two-plus decades as a social scientist, Dr. Kelley-Baker has developed, evaluated and directed a multitude of research projects in the fields of traffic safety and drug and alcohol use/abuse prevention. She currently serves as a research advisor on the National Board of Mothers Against Drunk Driving and chairs the Transportation Research Board’s Alcohol, Other Drugs and Traffic Safety Committee. Dr. Kelley-Baker attended Boston University where she received her master’s degree in community organization, management, organization and planning, and the University of Maryland at College Park where she received her Doctor of Philosophy in human development.
