Leon Villavicencio

Leon Villavicencio joined the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety as an analyst in August 2017. Previously, he was part of a first responder epidemiology fellowship (FiRE Fellows) supporting federal fire and rescue officials through objective data collection and analysis. He was also part of the 2013-2014 National Roadside Survey of Alcohol and Drug Use by Drivers as a field data collection manager. Villavicencio received his Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in biostatistics from Drexel University. His master’s thesis focused on motor vehicle crashes within the Philadelphia Fire Department, analyzing the risk factors of injury in a motor vehicle crash.
