Biography

Annabel Chilton joined the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety in December 2025. She supports various Foundation research activities, including in-house studies conducted in the Driving Simulation Laboratory. Previously, she was a clinical research assistant in the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation where she coordinated study activities, recruited and conducted interviews with participants, and managed data and research records. Annabel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from VCU.
