Anthony B. Spada, Jr. served as President and CEO of AAA Western and Central New York, Upstate New York’s largest member services organization, providing travel, insurance, automotive, and financial services to 875,000 members across 25 counties.
Mr. Spada had 40 years of senior-level experience with AAA. Before being named President and CEO in 2012, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since 1995. Throughout his tenure, he played an integral role in mergers and acquisitions, establishing the AAA Members Insurance Agency of New York and founding the Auto Club of Western & Central New York Foundation for Traffic Safety, Inc.
Mr. Spada served as a board member of AAA Life Insurance of New York, the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, and Great Lakes Battery Service, LLC, and as chairman of the AAA Eastern Conference. He also served as a board member of the Buffalo-Niagara Partnership and Invest Buffalo Niagara, and as past board chair for Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center.
Mr. Spada holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Canisius College, and a CFO Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He resides in Williamsville with his wife, Nancy.
Jim began his career with AAA Northway in 1990 and was elected President & CEO in 1998. Prior to that, he was elected General Manager in 1995.
Today, Jim serves as Vice Chairman, AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety Board of Trustees, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AAA Life Insurance Company of New York. He previously served as a member of AAA’s Accreditation Commission, AAA’s Membership Benefits Committee, and chairman of the AAA/CAA Smaller Clubs Conference. Jim previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA in Schenectady, NY.
Jim earned his MBA from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Hobart College in Geneva, New York.
Jim enjoys spending free time with his wife and son, as well as playing golf and traveling.

As Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel, Diego leads the day-to-day operations of the AAA, Inc. Law Department. He is also General Counsel for the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety and coordinates the AAA Transactions Counsel Collaboration Network.
Before AAA, Diego led the legal department for the Americas at a global travel technology company. Prior to that, he worked as Latin America contracts lead for a global information security and management solutions provider.
Diego started his legal career as assistant attorney general at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Florida, where he gained experience in antitrust enforcement, fraud prosecution, and criminal appeals. He then spent several years in private practice handling commercial litigation, products liability and appellate work.
Diego is a member of the Florida Bar and holds certifications as information privacy professional and information privacy manager from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Diego served honorably in the U.S. Navy, completing various assignments, including one tour of duty on the Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf. He received a B.A. in Sociology from Saint Leo University and a J.D. from the University of Florida.
Erica Loiacono is the Treasurer of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety and the Managing Director of Accounting & Finance for AAA, Inc. Previously, she was an auditor for KPMG. Erica holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida.
Jill Ingrassia is Vice President, Public Affairs at AAA, Inc. She leads a team of policy, communications and public health professionals focused on advancing safe mobility and supporting AAA clubs across the country.
Jill oversees policy development, advocacy efforts, and public outreach on transportation safety, travel, and emerging vehicle technologies. She has represented AAA on several boards and coalitions, including past Board chair of ITS America, past chair of The Road Gang, an affiliation of transportation professionals, and current service on the board of the Public Affairs Council. Jill serves as AAA’s Corporate Liaison to the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.
Before joining AAA, Ingrassia worked as a legislative assistant to former Governor and U.S. Senator Jim Exon of Nebraska. She holds a B.A. from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Spanish and Global Studies.
Leah Cheli Doolittle serves as the AAA Foundation’s Assistant Secretary supporting the President and Executive Director and the Board of Trustees. Leah is a Florida attorney whose work centers on corporate governance, risk, and compliance, nonprofit management, and space law. She has served as Corporate Affairs Manager at AAA, Inc. since 2016 supporting the Board of Directors, conducting research and training, and developing the association’s information governance program.
Leah was elected Assistant Secretary in 2025, having supported the Foundation informally through her role at AAA, Inc.
Leah also serves as Executive Director of the EarthLight Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and encouraging the public to embrace space settlement and exploration. She earned her Master of Laws in Air and Space Law from the University of Mississippi’s Center for Air and Space Law in 2026 and is an active member of the National Space Society.
Leah is a frequent presenter on space law and policy and on corporate governance-focused legal careers. Leah is also an alum of the University of Florida and earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband Matt. She is fluent in Spanish and learning Mandarin Chinese.
Amira Halley currently serves as Senior Nonprofit Accountant at AAA, Inc., where she leads financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and audit support for the Foundation.
With expertise in GAAP-compliant accounting, internal controls, and strategic financial analysis, Amira has developed tools and streamlined processes that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency across administrative, operational, and executive teams.
Known for her dynamic communication style and solutions-oriented approach, Amira is committed to advancing organizational effectiveness through strong financial stewardship and operational excellence.
She holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Gene Boehm is the President & CEO of AAA, Inc. A not-for-profit federation of 19 mobility clubs, AAA serves over 65 million members across the U.S.

He is widely known for championing the “I love my job” culture to deliver an exceptional experience to AAA Members. Gene joined AAA as part of The Auto Club Group where he served as Senior Vice President leading strategy, sustainability and direct. People and customers have always been Gene’s primary focus as he advanced his career with positions at PwC, Allstate, Arthur Andersen and Walgreens.
Gene holds an M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and a B.S. in Psychology from Illinois State University.
Gene has been married to Katie for 29 years and they have two adult sons, Adam and Luke.
Eric Cyr is the President of Eastern Markets for Auto Club Enterprises. He started with the organization in 1991 and has worked in many different management and executive roles across the organization. He has served on the Automotive Sub-Committee, Membership Business Committee, and several task forces for AAA, Inc. He received an MBA from University of Southern Maine and completed several Executive Education courses from Wharton School of Business and Harvard University. Eric has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys all four seasons living in Maine.
Marke Dickinson serves as President and CEO of AAA Western and Central New York.
Prior to joining AAA Western and Central New York, Marke served as the Chief Marketing Officer at ChenMed, a leader in bringing high-quality, value-based healthcare to the neediest populations.
Previously, Marke spent more than a decade leading marketing, membership and insurance businesses at The Auto Club Group and AAA Mid-Atlantic. AAA honored him with a special award recognizing his leadership in fostering collaboration among AAA and CAA clubs. While at AAA Mid-Atlantic, Dickinson was voted by its top 100 leaders as the one who most exemplified the organization’s core values of teamwork, respect, integrity, and quality.
Marke earned an MBA at Harvard Business School, an MPP at Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s degree with honors in Finance at Penn State. He and his wife, Debbie, reside in Williamsville, New York, and have four grown children.
Heather joined the Auto Club Group (ACG) in 1996 and serves as Vice President of Government & Public Relations, Insurance Counsel. She is responsible for directing legislative and media relations throughout ACG’s 14 state footprint in addition to leading the Insurance Counsel team to ensure alignment with state laws and regulations.
Throughout her career, Heather has held positions of increasing responsibility. She was a key player in rewriting Michigan’s No-Fault insurance law, securing positive reforms to Florida’s property and tort laws, and enacting numerous traffic safety measures.
Serving as ACG’s primary lobbyist, Heather oversees the management of ACG’s political action committee while directing grassroots and issue advocacy campaigns. She is also responsible for managing ACG’s driver’s education programs, corporate event planning and serves as executive director of the Auto Club Group Foundation and the Meemic Foundation.
Additionally, Heather is the Executive Sponsor of ACG’s Employee Resource Group – Women in Leadership, Chair of AAA Inc.’s Public Affairs Committee, and is a Trustee of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.
Heather received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned a B.A. from Michigan State University, College of James Madison. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association.
Marta Genovese is Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary at AAA Northeast, where she oversees Automotive Services, Branch Operations, Information Technology, Legal, Strategy and Innovation, and Travel.
She joined AAA New York in 1996 as Director of Public and Government Affairs after more than a decade in private legal practice. She later served as Corporate Secretary and Board liaison, with expanded oversight of Media, Marketing, and Web operations. She also contributed to the AAA, Inc. Public Affairs Committee and several New York State safety and driver education boards.
Following the 2015 merger of AAA New York and AAA Southern New England, she became General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at AAA Northeast and later Chief Legal Officer. She currently also serves as a trustee of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, chairs its Audit Committee, and serves as a director of Motor Club Insurance Company and several AAA Northeast subsidiaries.
Ms. Genovese earned a Bachelor of Science from Molloy University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. She lives in Roslyn, New York, and serves as Deputy Mayor.
M. Lee McAllister joined the AAA, Inc. Board of Directors in 2022. He is currently the CEO of Weaver Investment Company, a North Carolina-based privately held diversified investment company. The company has extensive retail and commercial real estate holdings as well as multi-family residential properties. He also oversees Kavanagh, McAllister, Weaver Builders, which functions as a general contractor specializing in the development and construction of multi-family developments and affordable housing sites.
McAllister currently serves on the board of The Auto Club Group and previously served as Chair and Board Member of the Carolina Motor Club. He also serves on the boards of Franklin Street Partners, an investment advisory firm and subsidiary of Fifth Third Bank, and Quaintance-Weaver Management, owner and operator of hotels and restaurants.
McAllister is Past Chair of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and a past board member of the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority (GSO). He was also a trustee on the Cone Health Board of Trustees and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) Board of Trustees.
McAllister earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. He lives in Greensboro, NC with his wife, Julie.
Julie Lilly is the CEO of ArchBridge Family Office, a national multi-family office serving over 60 families with over $15 billion. Prior to joining ArchBridge in 2015, she spent over 20 years at Lewis Rice, LLC, a leading regional law firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University, cum laude, and a law degree from Washington University. She serves on the Board of Auto Club Enterprises and is Vice Chair of the AAA, Inc. Board.
Siewhiang McCreight is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer of the Auto Club Group (ACG). She has 27 years of experience in Banking and Insurance across domestic and international markets. As Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer, Siewhiang leads ACG’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Sustainability programs. Siewhiang is passionate about diversity and inclusion and was the executive sponsor for Auto Club Group’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group for several years.
She was previously an Executive Director with USAA and responsible for Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing (DFAST), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Risk Data Reporting.
Siewhiang holds MBA, M.Eng (Computer Science) and BS (Computer Science) degrees from Cornell University. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti Money-Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Six Sigma Green Belt.
She currently serves on the Audit Committee of Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA).
Mike Mohamed is Senior Vice President and Staff Officer of Auto Club Enterprises (ACE), the nation’s largest AAA-affiliated motor club. Mike is responsible for the overall results of our insurance operations including Claims, Underwriting, Insurance Technology and Actuarial & Risk Management.
Since joining ACE in 2000, Mike has held a variety of leadership positions across key business units such as Claims, Product Management, and Underwriting. Before being named to his current role in 2023, he served as Vice President of Underwriting and Vice President of Membership and Insurance
Product Management. He also completed a three year in-market assignment in Missouri as Insurance Product Manager.
Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at California State University Fullerton and has his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU). Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Celina and their three sons.
Timothy J. Morgan, CPA, is the President and CEO of AAA Oregon/Idaho, which provides roadside assistance, travel, insurance, financial, and member advocacy services to more than 917,000 members across Oregon and Idaho. Prior to his current role, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AAA Oregon/Idaho. Earlier in his career, Mr. Morgan held financial leadership positions with NW Pump & Equipment Co., Portland Bottling Company, and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Morgan is actively involved with the AAA National Association and currently serves as Chair of the Auto Subcommittee and as a member of the Committee of Club Officials. He has also served on several national committees, including the RAP Steering Committee, Accreditation Committee, Awards Committee, and Public Affairs Committee.
In addition to his responsibilities at AAA Oregon/Idaho, Mr. Morgan serves on the boards of the University of Portland (as Chair) and Cambia Health Solutions. He is also a member of the SOLVE Founders Circle and has held leadership roles with numerous nonprofit and community organizations. Mr. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Portland and completed executive management coursework at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Heather Snavely is President and CEO of AAA Washington, an independent AAA club serving 1.2 million members across Washington and Northern Idaho through roadside assistance, insurance, and travel services.
Since becoming CEO, Snavely has driven AAA Washington’s most significant transformation in a generation. She launched Auto Club MAPFRE Insurance Company (ACMIC), a joint venture that gives the club direct ownership in its insurance future. She’s expanded the company’s owned roadside fleet, bringing more AAA-branded trucks into communities, strengthening the member experience when it matters most. In addition, she initiated a sweeping digital transformation to modernize operations and member service, while revitalizing the AAA Washington brand to connect with younger audiences without losing longstanding trust.
Before joining AAA Washington, Snavely held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Brooks Running, and PCC Community Markets, where she built brands and led transformational change.
She chairs the ACMIC board and serves on the boards of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, the Association of Washington Business, and KEXP. She was named a Puget Sound Business Journal Woman of Influence in 2024 and a Most Admired CEO honoree in 2025.
Laura Zeigler serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for AAA Mountain West Group (MWG), where she oversees a diverse portfolio including Enterprise Strategy, Public Affairs & Communications, Insurance Operations, Brand & Insights, Travel, Marketing, and Digital divisions.
Having previously held Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Member Experience Officer (leading Emergency Road Service) titles, her versatile leadership and strategic forward-thinking approach has positioned AAA MWG for success in a rapidly evolving market landscape as it provides legendary service to 6.8 million AAA Members across Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska.
A visionary leader with over 25 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry, Laura currently serves on the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety Board of Trustees, the California Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and holds NACD Directorship Certification (NACD.DC). Her impact was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times which named her one of the 2023 Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University.
Narda Zuniga is a legal executive and governance leader with more than two decades of experience guiding complex, highly regulated organizations. She currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of AAA Club Alliance, where she oversees enterprise legal strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management functions. She also leads the Public and Government Affairs team to advocate and lobby on behalf of driver and passenger safety.
Prior to joining AAA in 2020, Ms. Zuniga spent nearly fifteen years with QBE Insurance Group, holding several senior leadership roles where she led multi-jurisdictional legal teams across Latin America and Asia Pacific and played a key role in strategic transactions, regulatory oversight, and global compliance initiatives.
Ms. Zuniga holds a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
