Jordan Blenner

Biography
Dr. Jordan Blenner joined the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety in May 2025. Previously, she was a research psychologist with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation. Over her professional career, she has conducted and managed multiple traffic safety studies on topics such as cell phone use among young drivers and drowsy driving. Dr. Blenner earned her Ph.D. degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Additionally, she has a J.D. from the College of Law at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
