
Jessica McDonough

Biography
Jessica McDonough joined the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety in August of 2022. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as a human factors researcher at Battelle Memorial Institute, where she supported a variety of surface transportation safety research projects. Ms. McDonough holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in human factors psychology from George Mason University. In her time at the Foundation she has worked to establish the Foundation’s in-house driving simulator lab and worked on traffic safety topics including the Safe System approach, speeding, roadside responder safety, and driver knowledge of and performance with advanced driver assistance systems.
